Client. Floor editing

I think that my current floor doesn't suit the colours of Morrison's and now the rest of my game level also so i will be looking to change the texture on the floor to something more like below. I believe if I want adverts on the floor as well I would do this separate to the floor as could prove very difficult to add adverts to the floor whilst I use the terrain package in Unity.
